After you watch the video, ask yourself the following questions, and write down your insights:

What are my talents?
What are my dreams?

Do: Close your eyes and take three deep breaths to center yourself and relax. Ask your guides to help you answer these questions.
Journal all the messages you receive from your guides.
Write as much as you can; use automatic writing.

Sometimes it is hard for us to answer these questions. That’s why I recommend that you meditate before you start journaling and ask your guides for help. The answers are inside of you. You need to tap in with your intuition.

If you still can’t answer these questions, ask a member of your family or your friends what were the things they remebered you were good at when you were a child and that you enjoyed the most.

Once you write the answer to these questions, you will be able to define Your Passion at this moment in your life!
