HOW TO ERASE BELIEFS HIDDEN IN YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND

Hola!

Mi mission is to help you start your journey towards a mindful-passionate and purposeful life! Un abrazo, Bruny

I recorded the short video below with my phone and posted it on Instagram, and it received a lot of likes.

I think it hit a nerve. It’s a short video, but the message is powerful.
It explains the correlation between a spider web and our subconscious mind.

How many things do you have hidden in your subconscious mind that you can’t see that affects your behavior?

Well, based on all the information from different books and experts on the subject, everything is hidden there.

Brian Tracy said: “Your conscious mind commands and your subconscious mind obeys.”

From the fear that you can have towards an insect to the dismay of public speaking. It’s all stored and invisible to you at a conscious level, but that doesn’t mean that it’s not there.

I will give you my example: I’m afraid of cockroaches. I will never forget the day when, while driving, I saw a big cockroach falling on my lap from my windshield. I immediately parked my car and ran as far as I could and didn’t want to get back on my car until I was assured it was gone.

When I brought this fear to the surface, I realized it was all hidden from my childhood years when I was growing up in New York. I remembered playing with two kids who occasionally ate roaches. Yes, I know it sounds disgusting, but unfortunately, their parents didn’t take good care of them. So they thought eating roaches was cool.

Bruce Lipton said: “The most influential perceptual programming of the subconscious mind occurs from birth through age six. During that time, the child’s brain is recording all sensory experiences as well as learning complex motor programs for speech, crawling, standing, and advanced activities like running and jumping.”

That’s why it’s sometimes hard to recognize where these hidden fears come from and how to deal with them.

When I find myself struggling with something that stops me from moving forward, I ask myself: Why am I feeling this way? Where is this fear coming from? Then I close my eyes and pay attention to the response that my subconscious mind gives me.

After this, I look for quotes or affirmations that correlates with the issue and can help myself to overcome the fear. I also place it on my computer screen to help me release a new message to my subconscious mind.

This trick has helped me overcome many fears!

Motivational Quote: Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind and nourish with repetition and emotion, one day will become a reality.”- Earl Nightingale

Take-home message: Try to find what are the fears that are hidden in your subconscious mind and instead of keeping them buried, Confront them. Prepare an action plan to deal with them. Seek the help of a life coach if you feel you can’t do it yourself. I will be more than happy to help you. Feel free to send me an email at bruny@brunyocasio.com.
